HQ Racing
Australia's most popular circuit racing is HQ Racing, and JP Performance
are proud sponsors of HQ Racing.
JP Performance are the only CAMS approved manufacturers of timing gear sets
for HQ Racing and JP works with racers and engine builders to improve performance
and engine life. HQ racers use JP steel timing gear sets (JP 5999, steel
helical gear set) and high volume and standard oil pumps (JP 9456, high
volume and JP 9451, standard).

Speedway
Speedway covers various engine types and, due to no noise restrictions,
can utilise straight cut gears.
V8's use gear drives and high volume oil pumps to get optimum horsepower
for the short speedway races.
Commodore Cup
Commodore Cup is one of the newest forms of motorsport in Australia. It
is similar to HQ Racing where competitors can enter motorsport without enormous
cash outlays. Commodore Cup competitors race with 253cui V8's and use JP
Performance oil pumps (JP 9471 standard and JP 9491 high volume) and billet
steel timing chain sets (JP 5979).
Drag Racing
Drag Racing is the world's most popular motorsport. It draws in crowds at
every meet, whether it is to see Top Fuel Dragster or Bracket racers or
the increasingly popular Top Door Slammer Class.
JP Performance have designed and manufactured a number of billet steel timing
chain sets and billet steel gear drives for drag racing applications as
well as oil pumps.
